What shipping methods do you use for shipping pond plants and Dry Goods? |

Unless otherwise specified, gifts from our Gift Department are shipped via UPS Ground Service.
Unless otherwise specified, pond supplies are shipped via UPS Ground Service.
USPS Priority Mail is used for shipping plants, ONLY. We DO NOT ship our Dry Goods using this shipping method. If you wish to have your Dry Goods order shipped via this method, please call us for a quote on the additional charge before you place your order.
**USPS Priority Mail is our preferred method for shipping plants.**
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not ship C.O.D.
UPS will not deliver to a PO Box (post office box), so please include your actual (or physical) street address when you place your order.
Plants are perishable and should be delivered to your home (street address) or place of business, so they can be properly received....not to a PO Box in your post office or in a box at the end of your street.
We ship anywhere in the lower 48 contiguous states. We're sorry, but due to delayed shipping/deliveries beyond our control, we cannot ship plants to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico at this time. |

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. |
How do I track my order? |

My order never arrived. |

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. |

When will my backorder arrive? |

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
At times, due to seasonal demand or reasons beyond our control, we may be unable to fill your orders. We apologize for this inconvenience. We will ship all stock merchandise within 2-weeks of your ordering date and then complete your delivery of back-ordered or out-of-stock items as soon as possible, with no additional shipping charges.
If a known out-of-stock [Dry Goods] item is due back in our warehouse within 2-weeks of you placing your order, we reserve the right to hold your entire order and ship it when that particular item comes in.
Plants are the exception: Plants are not placed on backorder if out of stock and therefore, must be re-ordered at a later date.
Additionally, if any one "Dry Goods" order (under $20.00) is not in stock, we will not be able to place it on backorder....the item must be re-ordered. If any merchandise is not shipped to you and not placed on backorder: we will notify you via your valid e-mail address (if your order was placed online); and by telephone (if your order was placed by telephone or U.S. Mail). We will issue a credit for the correct amount. We will only charge your credit card for the portion of your order that was shipped. |
