Customer Guarantee |
|
We at Ponds, Plants and More want you to be happy with your order.
If your purchase is unsatisfactory, simply return it (and all the parts that came with it) within 15 days of the shipment date - unopened and unused - and in the original box and/or shipping container, for a refund or a substitution. Books are non-returnable. Special-Order items are non-returnable.
Plants are the exception. Plants are guaranteed live upon arrival, only.
We do our best to provide you with high-quality plants. All of our plants will be shipped to you in good, healthy, growable condition and true to name. However, the plants must be cared for properly, upon arrival. We cannot be held responsible if your postal carrier or your UPS driver places your plants in the heat or direct sun upon delivery. (Our boxes are well marked to identify that the contents inside are perishable and are to be protected from heat.) We always email our customers with the estimated date given to us (by the shipper) and we always track our packages to make sure they arrive when they're supposed to. It is, therefore, up to you to to make arrangements to have someone available to accept delivery and care for the plants.
You must call us at Ponds, Plants and More (724-239-6673) or, email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery of the plants if there is a problem with your order. |

Security |
|
This website is protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.
The shopping cart and checkout pages on our site are secure. They use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology - The world's most powerful, high-grade, 128-bit encryption. (It's the Online industry-standard security protocol!) What this means is, that any information submitted through those pages is encrypted (such as credit card numbers, addresses and other personal information), so that it can't be read or used by other people (or third parties).
You can tell that you are on a secure page because, secure web pages have: (1) a little padlock on the top and the bottom left in Netscape and the bottom right in Microsoft Internet Explorer which will be closed instead of opened; and (2) a web address that begins with "https" rather than the standard "http" (the "s" is for secure).
When you choose the "Continue Shopping" button, you are moving from a secure area (ie; inside the shopping cart) to a non-secure area (ie; our Catalog). These pages do not warrant a secure connection, as there is no private or personal information in them. Thus, your browser may generate a "warning" message to let you know that this is happening. |
