Note: The forms below are not online ordering forms. They are mail-order forms that you can either print out with your printer and fill them in by hand....or if you prefer, you can type directly on the form (while it's still in your browser and on your computer) the quantity, the item's part number (if available), the description and its price. The adding will automatically be done for you. You can then print it out on your printer and mail it to us. Don't forget to add your state tax, if applicable (necessary only if you live in Pennsylvania.)

The forms will open up your "Acrobat-Reader" plug-in in a new window. These are our new and improved Order Forms. They're printable versions of our old forms, but are in PDF format. They do the adding for you. They take a little time to load, but we think you'll like them. (To speed up the process, make sure you have Acrobat Reader open first!)
Instructions for Using the Forms:
Enter the plants or dry goods that you want (it depends on which form you use), type in the quantity of each plant or item, the item number (if available), the description or brief name of the item and the cost for each. Provided the "Quantity" and "Each" fields were filled in correctly, the "Total" field will automatically set itself.
Next, enter the correct amount of state tax (it applies only if you live in Pennsylvania), and the correct Shipping and Handling fee (note that on the "Plant" form, our "flat" fee of $13.95 is pre-set). The form will add up the totals for each quantity ordered, the order sub-total and the final total of the order. You can then print out your order form and mail it to us.
If you prefer (and to make it a little easier on you), you can simply print out the form with your printer and fill out all the information by hand, then it can be mailed to us. Just make sure you print clearly and that all the fields are filled out properly.
Don't forget to add the correct Shipping and Handling fee, and to fill in the "Billing Address" field with your exact name and address as it appears on your credit card's account. Even a slight error (a misspelled name, or a wrong number in your zip code or address, etc.) will cause a delay in the processing of your order.
If you wish to purchase Dry Goods and Plants, you will need to fill out both order forms....as all plants ship via USPS Priority Mail (only), and Dry Goods are shipped via UPS Ground service.

With your correct email address, you will receive an email Order Confirmation (which is a receipt via email) when we process your order, and then another one when we ship it.
We use your phone number if we need to contact you (in a hurry) on the day we ship your order.
We also need these to contact you if there is ever a problem with your order....this is why it's so important to enter your correct email address and phone number.
Be assured that we will never use you phone number to contact you for anything but your order.
