Description
Small foreground plant; about 3" to 6" tall. Submerged grassy-leaves, similar to Dwarf Sagittaria (Sagittaria subulata), are light-green in color. Grows into thickly-rooted mats. Plant portions as you would a single plant. Use as a foreground plant. - True submerged, aquarium plant. - Native to Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina. - Spreads by underground runners. - Prefers sandy soil. Water Temp: 73ºF to 83ºF (23ºC - 28ºC) pH: Neutral 7.0 Minimum lighting requirement (under full-spectrum flourescent tubes): Medium light @ 2.5 to 3.0 watts-per-gallon Sold in rooted-portions (cut-portions are approx. 1½" x 2"); Plants in each portion are about 3" to 6" long.
