Rosette-type plant; about 4" tall. One of the smallest of the Anubias. Leathery, heart-shaped leaves are light-green in color. Requires warmer bottom-soil and regular fertilizing Take care when handling rhizomes and roots. Sold as individual rooted (unpotted) plants - about 3" to 4" tall. Use as a foreground plant. - True submerged, aquarium plant. - Insignificant arum-like flowers. - Native to Tropical West Africa. - Spreads by rhizomes and seeds. - Prefers sandy soil.
