Epoxy coated cast iron motor housing and volute, for corrosion and rust resistance. Housing is oil-filled for lifetime lubrication and rapid heat dissipation. Ball bearings upper and lower to handle radial and axial loads. Stainless steel screws, bolts, handle and seal assembly. Mechanical shaft seal (stainless steel spring, nitrile parts, carbon and ceramic faces). Manual and Automatic operation.
